Hi! My name is Jacqueline Mizrachi and I'm an LMSW with a certification in gerontology and palliative care. I have additional experience treating older adults, caregivers, and families facing Alzheimer’s and dementia, though I work with clients across a wide spectrum of ages. Whether you're in your 20s or your 80s, navigating life transitions, grief, chronic illness, or caregiving, I’m here to support you.
I take an integrative approach to therapy—drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, narrative therapy, somatic practices, and parts work. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, but aim to incorporate various modalities to meet your individual needs and goals.
