I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and show up more fully in their lives and relationships. In a non-directive, client-centered approach, I seek to provide a safe space to process challenges, uncover underlying motivations, and deconstruct unhelpful patterns. I believe that a client is more than a diagnosis; I see them in the broader context of their family, communities, and society.
Furthermore, I believe in each individual’s capacity to heal and to make choices that are right for them. I work with people experiencing challenges with self-esteem, life transitions and adjustments, and life cycles more broadly, including marriage, childbirth, and grief. I work with people recovering from trauma and abuse with gentleness and compassion. I apply a harm-reductionist approach to behavioral and substance addiction.
Some of the modalities I incorporate include IFS, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and breathwork. I am well-informed about the psychedelic space and have experience helping people prepare for and integrate their visionary experiences (whether blissful or horrific). Healing looks different for everyone, and I strive to maintain an open mind and always be learning.
Aside from my professional work, I am committed to self-care and personal development. I believe that taking care of my own mental and emotional well-being is crucial to supporting others effectively. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, meditation, cycling, and spending time in nature. I also prioritize ongoing education and training to stay up to date with the latest developments in mental health and therapy. I truly believe in the transformative power of therapy and am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
