If you've dealt with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, you're not alone. It's a tough place to be, but I want you to know that you don’t have to face it by yourself. My mission is to provide a warm, supportive space where we can work together to overcome these challenges, helping you reach a place where they no longer hold you back.
My deep dive into this field began after a decade of working as a school administrator, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of mental health challenges on students and their families. This experience propelled me to earn a BA in Psychology from the University of Mount Saint Vincent and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School. I also piloted a program as a parent advocate, helping parents develop essential skills and navigate their needs within the school system.
You're unique, and your inner work should reflect that. That’s why I blend a variety of techniques, merging traditional and innovative approaches to create a personalized path that truly supports your growth. I draw from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experience (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also guide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions, which are known to accelerate and deepen the therapeutic process for many individuals.
Inspired by Irving Yalom's belief that "a different therapy must be constructed for each patient," I am committed to crafting a therapeutic environment tailored to you. Together, we’ll work towards making life’s challenges more manageable, paving the way to your well-being.
